About

Games, Animation and Visual Effects studios always need colleagues who can interpret briefs, analyse challenges and come up with creative solutions. Your colleagues not only need good technical and artistic skills, but also communication skills and a strong teamworking ethic. This panel discussion will highlight how NextGen college learners in Northern Ireland are preparing for work in the digital screen content sector and how employers can meet and inspire talent at an early stage. You’ll hear from Northern Ireland Screen, a current NextGen student, tutor and local industry that we have worked with. The panel will be hosted by NextGen Skills Academy Co-Founder, Phil Attfield.
