Television and Radio Presenter,
Jennie is a Television and Radio Presenter, Channel Director, Announcer and Voice-over Artist who has worked for the BBC for over 25 years. Jennie has presented reports for The One Show and is a well-known voice on BBC Northern Ireland. After completing her degree in Modern Languages and Literature Jennie began working in local radio as a Journalist and part-time DJ. She then joined the BBC Drama Department working on location as an Assistant Director gaining valuable experience of Television production. She then trained in Journalism and Media Techniques on a course sponsored by the BBC and was employed full-time as a Television Continuity Director giving her both technical and broadcasting skills. This also gave her the chance to explore more roles including Press Officer, News Presenter, and with the emergence of Digital TV she was able to have more on-screen time presenting programmes and continuity for BBC Choice. Jennie is an out-going personality who enjoys every opportunity that comes her way, with a passion for adventure and telling a good story.

Victoria Millar is a Senior Curator of History at National Museums NI. Victoria manages a team responsible for the collections held at the Ulster Folk Museum and the Ulster American Folk Park. She plays a leading role in the research, management and development of these collections and in supporting collections access and interpretation.

Joe Mahon is Managing Director of Westway Film Productions Ltd, an independent company he founded in 1996. In recent years he has been fronting a number of television series dealing with local history, heritage and the natural environment. He is currently working on the fifth series of Mahon’s Way for UTV with support from the Northern Ireland Screen Ulster-Scots Broadcast Fund.

Dr Helen Jackson is the Research Director for the Centre of Communication, Media, and Cultural Studies at Ulster University. Her research, for which she has received international awards, explores digital storytelling as a creative practice, and investigates media content creation and narrative methodologies that have appeared because of technological and cultural change.
